Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React and Node.js, experience working with AWS services, and a solid understanding of modern software development practices. Experience in e commerce platforms is a strong plus.

The candidate should be comfortable using AI assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in MERN Stack development
Strong expertise in React.js
Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js
Experience with MongoDB and database design
Good understanding of REST APIs and authentication
Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, RDS, or ECS
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
Experience with Git and modern development workflows
Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools
Good problem solving and debugging skills

Preferred Skills

Experience developing e commerce applications
Experience with payment gateway integrations
Knowledge of Next.js is a plus
Experience with Docker and CI CD pipelines
Understanding of performance optimization and application security

Responsibilities

Build scalable frontend applications using React
Develop secure backend APIs using Node.js and Express
Design and optimize MongoDB databases
Deploy and maintain applications on AWS
Write clean, maintainable, and well tested code
Collaborate with UI UX designers and product teams
Use AI coding tools to improve development speed and code quality
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Experience

5+ years of professional experience in MERN Stack development
