Security at Haira
Last Updated: June 18, 2026
At Haira, we take the security and privacy of our users seriously. We understand that hiring data—including candidate resumes, interviews, and assessment scores—is highly sensitive. We have implemented robust security measures to ensure your data remains protected at all times.
1. Data Encryption
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security). We also encrypt sensitive data at rest using AES-256 encryption. This ensures that even in the unlikely event of a physical breach, your data remains secure and unreadable.
2. Infrastructure Security
Our infrastructure is hosted on world-class cloud providers that adhere to the highest security and compliance standards. Access to our production environment is strictly limited to authorized personnel, requires multi-factor authentication (MFA), and is conducted over secure networks. We regularly patch and update our systems to protect against known vulnerabilities.
3. Application Security
We employ secure coding practices and conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks. Our application architecture is designed to enforce strict access controls and prevent common attacks such as SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and cross-site request forgery (CSRF). We also utilize Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated bot attacks and spam.
4. AI and Data Privacy
The AI models used for conducting voice interviews and scoring resumes are strictly isolated. We do not use your proprietary hiring data or candidate information to train our foundational models without explicit consent. Your data belongs to you, and our AI systems only process it to deliver the hiring assessments you request.
5. Vulnerability Disclosure
We welcome the security community to responsibly report any vulnerabilities they discover in our platform. If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact us immediately at security@haira.ai. We request that you do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and patch the vulnerability.
6. Contact Us
If you have any questions or concerns about our security practices, please feel free to reach out to our security team at security@haira.ai.
